A core valve of VWMTC is that we "make disciples of our students" to "make disciples of the people group to whom they are called." At VWMTC each student is placed into a mentoring program that places them under the wing of seasoned missionaries. Through this one-on-one interaction each student has the opportunity to draw from the gift and grace within the life of their mentors. Systems of accountability are enacted that hold each student accountable for character issues.
