Beginning with the end in mind; what do we want to accomplish in the lives of our students through our missionary training school program?

1. To be established in the Word.
2. Character development sufficient to support success on the field.
3. Discernment concerning their calling, function, i.e. called along side to help, or pioneer, a sense of vision and purpose.
4. A consuming passion to reach their world.
5. A scriptural understanding of why missions.
6. An understanding of world religions.
7. An understanding of different aspects of missions work; Bible Training Centers, Church Planting, evangelism, medical, etc.
8. To be adept as a team player.
9. To know how to learn a language.
10. Fundraising strategies, confidence and determination in regard (possible 3rd year 1 month classroom, 2 months internship, 6 months domestic walk through for securing necessary support) with the intention of having our students fully funded by graduation.
11. Understanding of cross-cultural adaptation.
12. Historical overview of missions work, great missionary pioneers.
