About the Program

There are multiple Victory Bible Institute (VBI) programs established in numerous Oklahoma correctional facilities. The VBI curriculum is being taught to approximately 475 inmates annually within the Oklahoma facilities. The VBI program is also established in correctional facilities in the states of Washington, Colorado, and Michigan, as well as in prisons located in other countries.

There are no fees charged to either the facilities or the inmates for the VBI program. We provide all of the necessary materials associated with and required for these courses.

The courses taught and presented to the inmates are in DVD format within a classroom setting. It has proven to be successful in allowing an inmate to be designated as a facilitator of these classes, who reports to and is monitored by the facility chaplain.
