How does it work?

Victory Bible Institute (VBI) is accredited through ICCA (International Christian Accrediting Association), and is a Federal Government recognized F-1 Institution (academic) with SEVIS (The International Student and xchange Visitor Program).

The VBI program is accepted by and an articulation agreement has been established with 8 other accredited colleges and universities, nationally and internationally, where students can take VBI credits and apply them to an associates or bachelor’s degree. All of the courses taught and presented within the correctional facilities are the same courses and curriculum that are made available to those students who attend the on-campus facility of Victory Bible Institute located at Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Upon completion of the required courses for graduation, the student inmates will receive a Graduation Diploma. We also offer a graduation ceremony within the facilities for the presentation of the Graduation Diploma, a leather Bible, and refreshments.
