Meet the Staff
Terry & Brenda Henshaw - Pastors' Billy Joe and Sharon's vision is to plant missionaries in every nation of the
world. We want to further this vision by supporting Victory's three hundred missionaries in prayer, materials, supplies,
and equipment. It is our desire to serve missionaries in every aspect of their ministry as they reach the Nations. We
also oversee and are responsible for all of Pastors Billy Joe and Sharon's international celebrations, International
Victory Bible Institutes, Prison ministry, Short term missions teams, Translation, Procurement, Funding, and Victory World Missions Training Center.
Terry & Brenda started a multi-million dollar company with no money using Biblical Kingdom principals. He has helped
and inspired a number of companies and ministries using these methods of creative financing to grow and expand
financially. Terry, Brenda, and their four children, started mission bases in St. Petersburg, Russia and Prague, Czech
Republic where they lived for seven years. He currently is the Director of Missions for Victory Christian Center in
Tulsa, Oklahoma, and President of Victory International, and "Rated R for Reality," an outreach ministry to teenagers
and young adults that will travel to cities across America.
Clint Lierly - Assisting the Missions' director with communications and daily operations.
Clint graduated from 2nd year VBI and VWMTC programs in 2003. He lived on the field in Oaxaca, Mexico for a total of 8 months working at the Roca Blanca Missions Base. He spent his 2 month internship for VWMTC in Quito, Ecuador. He has traveled to Nicaragua 4 times on mission trips, one of which was for 2 months. |

Janka Kozicova - Meeting the needs of our missionaries by coordinating their prayers and requests through e-mail,
telephone, mail outs and prayer. Facilitating the missionaries needs while in Tulsa with housing, meetings, etc.
Janka graduated from Berry College with a bachelor’s degree in Religion and Philosophy and continued her education at Oral Roberts University, graduating in May 2007 with a Masters of Divinity degree. After working with the twenty[4]seven youth of Victory Christian Center, she joined the missions team, where she teaches and assists with VWMTC. Starting in 2008, her position in the missions office will be working for the International VBI.

Paola DeLa Vega – Translating IVBI's into Spanish, as well as, transcribing all materials for future
translations.
Paola, and her husband, Enrique, were Bolivian pastors for 13 years. She has a B.A. in psychology
and an MBA. The Lord brought them to the US & Victory to serve and to prepare for more effective ministry. They
have 4 children, two boys and two girls.
David & Lydia Rutinduka – Translating IVBI's into French, as well as, technical support.
Several years ago
the Lord laid upon their heart to come to Tulsa for a time of preparation. They landed in Tulsa with their 2 year
old daughter, and started VBI. God opened the door for David & Lydia to translate VBI courses into French and to
film and edit videos. "We are so grateful and praise God because we are receiving double training, from VBI and
from the courses that we are translating into French." |
Rick Altizer - Coordination, preparation, and planning of mission's teams for the support
of Pastors Billy Joe and Sharon Daugherty's International Celebrations.
Rick graduated from Victory Bible Institute in 2001 and began coordinating short-term mission trips and Celebrations.
His most recent focus is the Iraq Project, where he has traveled to several times. Rick just sent a fourth container
full of medicine, food & gift boxes for the children to Baghdad, Iraq. Rick, his wife Reba, and his son, Ricky, all
work to make Pastor's celebrations fruitful and dynamic, bringing hope, love, and salvation to people all over the
world. |
Reba Altizer – Coordinates and facilitates Victory World Missions Training Center, which prepares
students to go and minister effectively to the nations of the world.
Reba graduated from Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas and did a one year international internship in Rome,
Italy. She returned to Tulsa to attended Victory World Missions Training Center and then lived four months in St.
Petersburg, Russia. Reba met and married Rick Altizer, and along with VWMTC, she leads women's teams all over the
world.
Jerry & Sa Jones – International student advisor and an Instructor for VWMTC.
Jerry and Sa have also been active as missionaries since 2000, primarily in the Philippines, but also to Samoa,
American Samoa, and Panama. He is the designated National Coordinator for the Philippines IVBI's. Jerry obtained
a doctorate in Adult Education from Oklahoma State University in 2004. He is also a graduate of VBI's Practical
Ministries program and also completed the VWMTC 2nd year program. |
Charles Story – Director of Victory's prison ministry. His focus is to put
VBI's in correctional facilities across the United States.
Steve Young - Assistant prison ministry director, whose focus is to assist in placing VBI's in
correctional facilities across the United States.
Steve graduated from VBI and began volunteering in the Creek County Jail in 2004. After becoming a member
of Victory Fellowship of Ministry, he responded to the need for volunteers in the Prison Ministry. Six
months later, he was offered a position on staff as the Assistant Director for Prison Ministry. Steve
travels everyday to minister and counsel the inmates, and facilitate the VBI's. They now have 12 VBI schools
in 10 Oklahoma prisons, and 5 in Washington State, with over 1,600 ministered to this year. |
Ron & Jill Stafford (Directors) - Assisting missionaries and national pastors in establishing
Victory Bible Institutes throughout the world and providing assistance in many forms and ongoing consultation to
help plant new schools and expand existing schools.
Ron and Jill moved to Tulsa in 1979. Ron served as director of Victory Bible Institute and Victory Fellowship
of Ministries for two years before moving back to their home state of Missouri where they pioneered and
pastored a church for eight years. They then moved to St. Petersburg, Russia, and directed Victory Bible
Institute there. Later they lived in Romania, Germany and Malaysia where they helped either missionaries or
nationals begin Bible schools. This launched them into their ministry today of helping start International
Victory Bible Institutes all around the world.
Brooke Hatten - Assistant Director.
Brooke joined the Victory World Missions team in 2005 as the Assistant Director of IVBI. Brooke is a graduate
of VBI-Tulsa and has earned a Master's Degree in Christian Education from Oral Roberts University. She also has
an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in Spanish and International Business. For
the past 7 years, she has coordinated & directed several short term teenage mission trips worldwide. In the fall
of 2006, Brooke was married to Brad Hatten, whom she met at Victory.
