Meet the Staff
|
Terry & Brenda Henshaw -Terry & Brenda Henshaw - Victory's vision is to plant missionaries in every nation of the world. We want to further this vision by supporting Victory's missionaries in prayer, materials, supplies, equipment and encouragement. It is our desire to serve missionaries in every aspect of their ministry as they reach the nations. We also oversee and are responsible for all of Victory's International Celebrations, International Victory Bible Institutes, Prison Ministry, Short Term Missions Teams, Translation, Procurement, Funding, Victory World Missions Training Center and "the 99".
Terry, Brenda, and their four children, started IVBI's and Victory Mission bases in St. Petersburg, Russia and Prague, Czech Republic where they lived for seven years. He currently is the Director of Missions for Victory Christian Center and Executive Director of "the 99", an outreach ministry of Victory, to teenagers and young adults across America.
Clint Lierly - Assisting the Missions' director with communications and daily operations.
Clint graduated from 2nd year VBI and VWMTC programs in 2003. He lived on the field in Oaxaca, Mexico for a total of 8 months working at the Roca Blanca Missions Base. He spent his 2 month internship for VWMTC in Quito, Ecuador. He has traveled to Nicaragua and different parts of Mexico many times. Clint also has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. |

Christie Patrick
Christie Patrick is the Translation Manager for IVBI. She teams together with many translators to create the bible school courses on DVD in many languages. She is also a multi-media teacher for the VWMTC students. She is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a Multi-Media/Advertising Degree. |
Rick Altizer - Coordination, preparation, and planning of mission's teams for the support
of Pastors Billy Joe and Sharon Daugherty's International Celebrations.
Rick graduated from Victory Bible Institute in 2001 and began coordinating short-term mission trips and Celebratios.
His most recent focus is the Iraq Project, where he has traveled to several times. Rick just sent a fourth container
full of medicine, food & gift boxes for the children to Baghdad, Iraq. Rick, his wife Reba, and his son, Ricky, all
work to make Pastor's celebrations fruitful and dynamic, bringing hope, love, and salvation to people all over the
world. |
Reba Altizer – Coordinates and facilitates Victory World Missions Training Center, which prepares
students to go and minister effectively to the nations of the world.
Reba graduated from Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas and did a one year international internship in Rome,
Italy. She returned to Tulsa to attended Victory World Missions Training Center and then lived four months in St.
Petersburg, Russia. Reba met and married Rick Altizer, and along with VWMTC, she leads women's teams all over the
world.

Charles Story – Director of Victory's prison ministry. His focus is to put
VBI's in correctional facilities across the United States.
Steve Young - Assistant prison ministry director, whose focus is to assist in placing VBI's in
correctional facilities across the United States.
Steve graduated from VBI and began volunteering in the Creek County Jail in 2004. After becoming a member
of Victory Fellowship of Ministry, he responded to the need for volunteers in the Prison Ministry. Six
months later, he was offered a position on staff as the Assistant Director for Prison Ministry. Steve
travels everyday to minister and counsel the inmates, and facilitate the VBI's. They now have 12 VBI schools
in 10 Oklahoma prisons, and 5 in Washington State, with over 1,600 ministered to this year. |
Ron & Jill Stafford (Directors) - Assisting missionaries and national pastors in establishing
Victory Bible Institutes throughout the world and providing assistance in many forms and ongoing consultation to
help plant new schools and expand existing schools.
Ron and Jill moved to Tulsa in 1979. Ron served as director of Victory Bible Institute and Victory Fellowship
of Ministries for two years before moving back to their home state of Missouri where they pioneered and
pastored a church for eight years. They then moved to St. Petersburg, Russia, and directed Victory Bible
Institute there. Later they lived in Romania, Germany and Malaysia where they helped either missionaries or
nationals begin Bible schools. This launched them into their ministry today of helping start International
Victory Bible Institutes all around the world.
Janka Kozicova (European Regional Coordinator)
Janka graduated from Berry College with a bachelor’s degree in Religion and Philosophy and continued her education at Oral Roberts University, graduating in May 2007 with a Masters of Divinity degree. She works with Victory International Bible Schools and assists with coordinating the European Region. She has led and coordinated several short-term teenage and adult mission trips worldwide and teaches at the World Missions Training Center.
Colleen Long (IVBI Support)
Colleen works in the International Victory Bible Institutes department assisting with translations and connecting IVBI teachers with Victory Bible Institutes throughout the world.
Colleen worked in a Bible school for 3 years in Calcutta, India, then came to Tulsa to attend Victory World Missions Training Center. As a student she served in a work study position in the IVBI department. She graduated in 2008 and continues to be part of the IVBI team, working together with Pastors Billy Joe and Sharon, fellow staff members, teachers, and IVBI directors all over the world to bring the life transforming truths of God’s Word to people in every nation on earth!
Luis Garcia (IVBI Assistant Director)
Luis’ primary responsibility is to assist, manage and coordinate IVBI daily inner-ministry and operational procedures to establish and develop IVBI’s in every nation.
Luis is from Colombia, South America. He graduated from UJTL University in Bogota with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising. After working for more than 10 years in Advertising agencies, he moved to the United States to further his ESL education. In Tulsa, Oklahoma he later attended and graduated from Victory Bible Institute. He also attained the equivalent of a Bachelor of Education with a concentration in Theology and Religious Education according to the ORU’s faculty of Lifelong Education and the Teachers College at Columbia University, New York.
After 7 years as Director of the Hispanic VBI, Luis began to serve in the International VBI as Assistant Director. Since then, he has helped Pastors, Missionaries, Bible School Directors and IVBI National & Regional Coordinators to establish and strengthen Victory Bible Institutes in the United States and overseas. Luis’ heart is to see Pastor Billy Joe’s vision of 10.000 Bible School be fulfilled throughout the world.

Bonnie Beedle - Bonnie graduated from VBI in 1985 and served on staff at Victory Christian Center until 1988. She later moved to Indiana to assist in establishing Victory Christian Center-Lafayette. It was at Victory Christian Center under the leadership of Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty that God birthed a world vision within her. She has traveled to several nations on short-term mission trips. Bonnie returned to Tulsa in August 2009 and joined the staff of International Victory Bible Institutes assisting Bible Schools throughout the world with their affiliation process. |

Jaime Johnson - Meeting the needs of our missionaries by coordinating their prayers and requests through e-mail,
telephone, mail outs and prayer. Facilitating the missionaries needs while in Tulsa with housing, meetings, etc.
Jaime graduated from the VWMTC program in 2009. She also completed the Discipleship Training Program with YWAM in 1998 with an internship in N. Ireland. She has traveled to 13 nations with Teen Mania, YWAM, FWC, and VCC. She also teaches at Victory World Missions Training Center. |
