Beginning with
the end in mind; what do we want to accomplish in the lives of our students through our
missionary training school program?
1. To be further established in the Word.
2. To preach the Word more effectively in
a cross-cultural contextual manner.
3. To further develop stronger moral character
while resolving remaining personal issues
and character flaws.
4. To clarify one's personal divine calling to
mission and intensify a burning passion
to carry out the Great Commission.
5. To become more Spirit-led and how to
tap into the power of prayer.
6. To understand the biblical mandate for
missions and be informed on current
leading trends and issues of world missions.
7. To instill a working knowledge of the leading
world religions, cults, and atheistic belief
systems, plus how to deal with them.
8. To learn hand on about different forms of
World missions ministries, such as
international Bible schools, church
planting, and international crusades.
9. To gain small group leadership skills
through planning and conducting local
outreaches.
10. Undergoing heavy emphasis on linguistics
through learning Spanish and/or another
language, plus learn how to teach English
as a second language (TESL).
11. Learn effective fund raising and team
building strategies.
12. To adapt successfully to living within
another culture.
13. To effective utililze multi-media technology
in one's ministry.
14. To teach effectively across cultures by employing
sound teaching fundamentals appropriate to the
local culture.
